An invited profile of the ‘New Sanctuary Movement’, written by Serin D. Houston and Mount Holyoke College junior Colleen Molnar, was just published by the World Religions and Spirituality Project (WRSP). The WRSP strives to be a comprehensive review of the world’s varied religious and spiritual groups and religious leaders. Colleen Molnar worked as Houston’s research assistant during the fall semester of 2019 and together they co-authored this piece. They are excited to see the New Sanctuary Movement, a current faith-based U.S. social movement, included in the WRSP.
